Terms of use
Draft, 2 November 2026. These terms are waiting for the owner's review. They have not been reviewed by a lawyer.
These terms apply to the Two Tails app and its sync service. "We" means the Two Tails developer. Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to apps from the App Store; if these terms conflict with it, Apple's agreement wins for anything it covers.
Using Two Tails
- You need an account to sync. Keep your sign-in method secure. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
- A household is shared. Anyone you invite can see and change the household's lists and see every member's fitness data. Invite only people you trust with that.
- Any member can remove any other member. We do not settle disagreements between members.
Your content
What you put into Two Tails stays yours. You let us store, copy, and send it to the members of your household only so the app can work. See the privacy policy.
What not to do
- Break the law with Two Tails or use it to harm or harass anyone.
- Try to reach another household's data, overload the service, or get around its limits.
- Reverse engineer the service to attack it.
Not medical advice
Two Tails is a log. It does not give medical or fitness advice. Talk to a professional before you start a new exercise program.
The service
We provide Two Tails as it is, without promises that it will always be available or free of errors. Your data lives on your phone first, but keep anything you cannot afford to lose somewhere else too. We may change or stop the service. If we plan to shut down the sync service, we will give notice in the app first.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using Two Tails.
Ending your use
You can stop at any time and delete your account in the app. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.
Changes
If we change these terms, we will update this page and its date. Continuing to use Two Tails after a change means you accept it.
